How do I book a cleaning?
Book directly via WhatsApp or our Setmore booking page. Select your service, preferred date and time — we'll confirm within a few hours.
Do you provide equipment and supplies?
Yes! All equipment and cleaning products are provided at no extra cost. We use child-safe, eco-friendly chemicals throughout.
What areas do you cover?
We service all HDB, Condo, and Landed properties across Singapore. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm your area.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Reschedules are welcome with at least 24 hours notice. A $10 penalty applies for last-minute cancellations once the cleaner is already on the way.
Is there a weekend or public holiday surcharge?
A $25 surcharge applies for deep cleaning on weekends and public holidays. Part-time cleaning has no Sunday surcharge.
